Supervision
Supervision IMHO does not fit in a bar chart: too much of it is a relationship. So here are the words of two people I supervised, who took the time to write them and agreed to see them published.
Giovanni is passionate, motivated and motivates the people he works with. In addition to his technical-theoretical skills, I would say that the most important part of him is the human, interpersonal part. He is understanding and patient in listening to those he supervises, but also precise in his communication and the goals to be achieved. The most important thing for me is to know that supervision, and therefore the importance of training someone else and guiding them in their personal and professional development, is something that is taken seriously and to heart.

Giovanni guides you in a structured manner with clear and achievable deadlines, which I really appreciated. If you have any questions, he answers them right away. Throughout the process, he provides feedback multiple times, which allowed me to learn much more than if he had only given feedback on the final result. Additionally, he is a very enthusiastic, inspiring, and supportive supervisor.
