Questionnaires for academic fieldwork, from the first draft to the export. Multi-page forms with per-page timing, balanced randomization into arms — counterbalanced presentation order included, so a crossover design needs no duplicated pages and therefore no duplicated variable names — and panel recruitment with one-use tokens and provider return URLs. Responses export to CSV, Excel and JSON; the questionnaire itself exports to Word, for the co-author who wants to read it on paper. Over MCP an assistant can walk every arm at once and say what a participant would actually see, which is the question a browser answers one arm at a time.
