Giovanni is passionate, motivated and motivates the people he works with. In addition to his technical-theoretical skills, I would say that the most important part of him is the human, interpersonal part. He is understanding and patient in listening to those he supervises, but also precise in his communication and the goals to be achieved. The most important thing for me is to know that supervision, and therefore the importance of training someone else and guiding them in their personal and professional development, is something that is taken seriously and to heart.
